Mile High Klee Kai Questionaire

Thank you for your interest in the rare breed known as the Alaskan Klee Kai and especially your interest in possibly obtaining one of our AKK babies. In order for us to get to know you better, we request that you complete the following information questionnaire. Our goal is to place our puppies where they will be provided appropriate veterinarian care, proper socialization, and be happy and most importantly loved. It is also just as important that you will be happy with one of our AKK. As we all know, there is no one breed of dog that is the right for everybody, and the Alaskan Klee Kai is no exception.

The occurrence of litters, color, size and the availability of puppies are completely unpredictable events. Nothing in this application should be construed as a promise to provide a puppy or a prediction of how long it will be before a puppy is available.  Mile High Klee Kai Kennels reserves the right to change, amend or cancel this agreement at any time.

**This questionnaire will become a legal part of the sale contract in the event we come to a mutual decision that you will be able to adopt a puppy from us.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a minimum $500.00 holding fee. This fee is to hold your puppy once you are approved and will go toward the final price of the AKK. This allows us to turn other interested parties away and basically hold your puppy for you once it becomes of age. However, should you change your mind and we have already received your $500.00 holding fee, we have 30-days in which to reimburse you this fee.

Please understand that you must answer all the following questions in order to be considered to adopt one of our Alaskan Klee Kai. If you do not fill in all areas, you will not be considered.
